    Alexander Vergara es Ingeniero en Biotecnología Molecular y Doctor en Ciencias de la Universidad de Chile. Su investigación se centra en el campo de la Bioinformática, donde utiliza análisis multiómicos y análisis de redes para estudiar el estrés en plantas y cómo éstas interactúan con su entorno.
