    Descripción

    Cristian Hernández Adasme es Doctor en Nutrición y Alimentos, Magíster en Ciencias Agropecuarias e Ingeniero Agrónomo por la Universidad de Chile. Posee amplia experiencia en docencia e investigación aplicada en hidroponía, horticultura en ambientes controlados y calidad de productos hortícolas. Ha coordinado y participado en diversos proyectos orientados a optimizar la producción sostenible de hortalizas en sistemas de vanguardia como las granjas verticales a nivel nacional e internacional. Se incorpora a Universidad de O’Higgins (UOH) como docente e investigador postdoctoral, donde desarrollará líneas de trabajo orientadas a la producción agrícola sostenible y la innovación tecnológica. Su labor incluirá la participación en iniciativas orientadas al aprovechamiento de residuos agrícolas para la elaboración de productos de valor agregado y al fortalecimiento de modelos de economía circular en el sector agrícola.
