Abordando espec\u00edficamente las<\/h5>\n<h5>brechas identificadas en el plan de fortalecimiento en lo que ata\u00f1e al \u00c1rea Estrat\u00e9gica (AE) de docencia y procesos formativos en postgrado, dice relaci\u00f3n con la ausencia de programas a nivel de magister y\/o doctorado y especialidades m\u00e9dicas que potencien la generaci\u00f3n de nuevo conocimiento en las disciplinas y capacidades de investigaci\u00f3n, impulsando el desarrollo regional y nacional. Mientras que en el \u00e1rea estrat\u00e9gica de investigaci\u00f3n, la instituci\u00f3n defini\u00f3 objetivos que dicen relaci\u00f3n con producci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica de excelencia, consolidar institutos de investigaci\u00f3n y vinculaci\u00f3n, establecer redes de colaboraci\u00f3n con otros centros acad\u00e9micos nacionales e internacionales, el dise\u00f1o de centros de transferencia tecnol\u00f3gica y constituir un cuerpo acad\u00e9mico de excelencia.<\/h5>\n<h5>Finalmente, como eje transversal el proyecto aborda mecanismos de fortalecimiento del pregrado, postgrado y la investigaci\u00f3n. Considerando el estado actual de desarrollo de la universidad, y la necesidad de consolidar y potenciar los logros ya alcanzados, se requieren importantes inversiones en tecnolog\u00eda especializada. Por ello, este proyecto destina un gran porcentaje de los recursos en tecnolog\u00eda de punta, tanto para investigaci\u00f3n como docencia, lo cual permite potenciar la investigaci\u00f3n y avanzar humanas y materiales.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Objetivos espec\u00edficos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Dotar de masa cr\u00edtica para la investigaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevos posdoctorantes.<\/li>\n<li>Habilitar e implementar infraestructura y adquirir de equipamiento cient\u00edfico de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n para el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfico-tecnol\u00f3gica<\/li>\n<li>Dise\u00f1ar y poner en marcha programas de posgrado articulados con los procesos formativos de pregrado y las capacidades institucionales de
