Aun cuando la tasa actual es superior a la de los mismos trimestres de los tres a\u00f1os anteriores, \u00e9sta muestra un estancamiento respecto de las mediciones de los tres trimestres previos a agostos-octubre 2023\u201d, preciso la Secretaria Regional Ministerial del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social (s) de O\u2019Higgins, Daniela Cabrera.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con la tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n por sexo, se mantiene la tendencia a favor de los hombres, quienes llegaron a 63,6%, mientras que las mujeres alcanzaron el 41%. Respecto del trimestre anterior, la tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n de los hombres aument\u00f3 0,2 pp., mientras que la de las mujeres disminuy\u00f3 0,1 pp.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn la actual medici\u00f3n la comparaci\u00f3n entre ambas categor\u00edas expresa una brecha de 22,6 pp., levemente mayor a la medici\u00f3n del trimestre anterior (22,3 pp.), as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n a la del mismo trimestre de los a\u00f1os 2022 (21,9 pp.) y 2020 (22,4 pp.), pero menor a la de los a\u00f1os 2019 (25 pp.) y 2021 (23,6 pp.)\u201d, detall\u00f3 la directora regional (s) del SENCE, Marcela Contreras.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cComo Servicio tenemos claridad que la que Tasa de Ocupaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 directamente asociada al nivel educacional, en este sentido en esta oportunidad, nos llama la atenci\u00f3n que las personas que tienen educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica completa o media incompleta, muestran una ca\u00edda constante en las \u00faltimas dos mediciones. En este sentido aprovecho de hacer un llamado a prepararse para terminar sus estudios, para lo cual Sence dispone de la plataforma <a href=\"https:\/\/sence.gob.cl\/personas\/graduate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cgrad\u00faate\u201d<\/a> en donde se Encuentra todo el material necesario para dar los ex\u00e1menes libres\u201d<\/p>\n<p>La similitud de los porcentajes en cuanto a la ocupaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se refleja en las provincias y esto porque en comparaci\u00f3n al trimestre anterior, las tasas de Cardenal Caro (de 51% subi\u00f3 a 53,9%) y Colchagua (52,5% a 52,6%) aumentaron, mientras que la de Cachapoal disminuy\u00f3 (en el trimestre anterior hab\u00edan subido Cachapoal y Cardenal Caro).<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, respecto de hace un a\u00f1o, se observa que en Colchagua y Cardenal Caro la ocupaci\u00f3n aument\u00f3, pasando de 50,2 a 52,6% y de 52,7 a 53,9% respectivamente. Por su parte, en Cachapoal, entre el 2022 y 2023, la ocupaci\u00f3n baj\u00f3 de 52,3 a 52%.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la ocupaci\u00f3n informal en la regi\u00f3n, esta alcanz\u00f3 un 29,4%, lo que implica un aumento de 0,2 punto respecto de la registrada en el trimestre anterior, situ\u00e1ndose 2,4 puntos arriba de la tasa de ocupaci\u00f3n informal nacional, que marc\u00f3 27%.<\/p>\n<p>Para
