En este sentido, agreg\u00f3 que ser parte de estas instancias \u201cpermite recoger experiencias valiosas de otras universidades y proyectar acciones que contribuyan a generar cambios estructurales al interior de nuestras instituciones, impactando positivamente en las trayectorias acad\u00e9micas y de investigaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Conversatorios y mesas de trabajo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Durante el encuentro se realizaron dos paneles de conversaci\u00f3n que abordaron temas clave para la equidad de g\u00e9nero en Educaci\u00f3n Superior. El primero de ellos fue \u201cEscenario y proyecciones de la agenda chilena sobre igualdad de g\u00e9nero en el ecosistema CTCI\u201d, y en el que participaron Carolina Gainza, acad\u00e9mica de la Universidad Diego Portales y ex subsecretaria del MinCiencia; Elizabeth Guerrero, asesora en g\u00e9nero y gobernabilidad del Programa de las Naciones Unidas (PNUD) y Diana Barriga, encargada de la Unidad de G\u00e9nero e Inclusi\u00f3n del ministerio CTCI.<\/p>\n<p>En la segunda jornada se realiz\u00f3 el panel \u201c\u00bfC\u00f3mo se abordan las masculinidades en las universidades?\u201d integrado por la acad\u00e9mica de la Universidad Santo Tom\u00e1s, Karen Mardones, la investigadora de la Universidad Andr\u00e9s Bello, Carla Fardella, y el acad\u00e9mico e investigador del Centro CIELO de la Universidad Santo Tom\u00e1s, Francisco Aguayo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se desarrollaron diversas mesas de trabajo donde se trataron temas relevantes para los proyectos InES G\u00e9nero como indicadores, gobernanza, incidencia p\u00fablica, manuales y gu\u00edas, empresas de base cient\u00edfica tecnol\u00f3gica y publicaciones cient\u00edficas.[\/vc_column_text][vc_zigzag
