Para esto se han revisado y generado una serie de normativas que apuntan a la disminuci\u00f3n de brechas, desigualdades y discriminaciones.<\/p>\n<p>La Universidad de O&#8217;Higgins fue una de las primeras universidades que cre\u00f3 su Pol\u00edtica de Equidad e Igualdad de G\u00e9nero de manera participativa y con representaci\u00f3n de todos los estamentos de la comunidad universitaria. Esta pol\u00edtica entrega un marco de acci\u00f3n que permite incorporar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero relacional y el enfoque de derecho en todo el quehacer de la Universidad.<\/p>\n<p>En esta secci\u00f3n se encuentran a disposici\u00f3n la pol\u00edtica, las\u00a0normativas y protocolos UOH, adem\u00e1s del modelo de prevenci\u00f3n y\u00a0el modelo de sanci\u00f3n de acoso sexual, violencia y discriminaci\u00f3n arbitraria por razones de identidad de g\u00e9nero u orientaci\u00f3n sexual en la
